This 1-hour class meets twice a week throughout the year at the state of the art 515 Fieldhouse in Grimes. This class is for anyone who wants to experience elite speed development that has led to many state champion track and field athletes, as well as athletes competing at the Div 1 level in other team sports. It is $200/month ($150 if purchased with a training package). Please email us for details on times and days of the week as these change throughout the year.
